Sheet metal processing capabilities

We use advanced manufacturing and testing equipment imported from Germany, Japan and the US. We have rich experience in auto modification, non-standard equipment, molds, fixtures and automation development. With flexible production lines, we can offer sheet metal processing services from design, rapid prototyping to large and small batch production.

  Laser cutting

High-precision cutting improves the utilization rate of metal materials, reduces material consumption, supports fast cutting of various metals, and presents smooth, burr-free edges.

  Bending

The bending machine equipment bends sheet metal shapes along a straight line, supports multi-angle bending, quickly adjusts parameters, quickly executes instructions, and is suitable for various materials.

  Stamping

Metal is pressed into stamping dies to efficiently shape specific shapes, easily manage complex shapes, support rapid mass production, and uniform part output.

  Welding

Supports various types of welding processes for firmly connecting metal parts and creating strong and durable metal joints with fast speed and saving material costs.

  Punching

A cost-effective method for creating a variety of holes and complex patterns on sheet metal with uniform, accurate features suitable for mass production.

  Riveting

Reliable fastening technology involving insertion and deformation of rivets to secure metal parts in complex structures that cannot be achieved by welding, avoiding thermal deformation.

Various surface treatment capabilities

With our extensive experience, we can meet a wide range of 3D printing needs from prototyping to production, such as visual aids, concept models, injection molded prototypes, form-fit and functional prototypes, mold and casting patterns, jigs, fixtures, and durable final components.

Assembly Simulation & Testing

We fully recognize the critical role of assembly testing and process optimization in the new product development cycle. Before launching a project at an engineering facility, our technical team will simulate the final assembly process with the customer and/or their design studio partner to assess costs and provide comprehensive DFM feedback. Optimizing the assembly of product components prior to full manufacturing can save costs, shorten production lead times and significantly reduce future quality risks.

Prototype Assembly Projects

Prototyping is a key component of manufacturing. If necessary, multiple prototypes can be built to optimize a solution and are often used to review design iterations and manufacturing methods. At CTT, we offer a full prototype manufacturing and assembly service. If we can envision full final assembly at our facility, we will provide this service to our customers at no charge.

Advanced 3D Printing

With our extensive experience, we can meet a wide range of 3D printing needs from prototyping to production, such as visual aids, concept models, injection molded prototypes, form-fit and functional prototypes, mold and casting patterns, jigs, fixtures, and durable final components.

FDM 3D printing

Precisely build custom parts by depositing molten thermoplastic materials layer by layer. Applicable to a variety of solid plastic materials to create initial designs and functional prototypes, it is also very suitable for small batch production needs. The dimensional accuracy of FDM 3D printed parts is high, up to ±0.5%, and the lower limit of the minimum detail size is ±0.5 mm, ensuring the high precision and high quality of the product. Whether it is complex geometry or fine details, FDM 3D printing can easily achieve it.

SLS 3D Printing

Industrial 3D printing is a technology used to build complex three-dimensional structures by precisely scanning layers of powdered material with a laser beam, causing them to melt locally and solidify. SLS machines have large print beds and are capable of producing functional plastic parts with isotropic mechanical properties for detailed prototyping or low-volume production of end-use parts. SLS production is economical and customers often use it to produce the most complex and customized parts.
